A cargo ship breaks down and shipping is suspended in Bosporus Strait, Türkiye
On March 30, the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure of Türkiye issued a statement on March 29 local time, saying that two-way shipping in the Bosporus Strait was suspended due to the failure of a cargo ship. The Bosphorus Strait connects the Black Sea and the Mediterranean, and is one of the busiest maritime trade routes in the world.
